Rod, I know the feeling for sure.
I have been in other companies where management have done similar things when they shouldn't have. I guess my negative reaction to you was due to the fact that I knew that management had no idea when news would be because they never do so to me asking the question was pointless in the first place. You're right they shouldn't say things like that but it happens all the time.
Knowing is everything, I suppose. Maybe I'm just getting jaded.
I also think that over the past 2 years that labs have been so backed up even management of companies (not just Sage) is often surprised at how long it takes to get assays back. When 4 to 6 weeks turns into 3 to 4 months even expectations at head office can be tested. Still there's no excuse.
Maybe with the cooling of the commodities markets some normalcy might return to the flow of news from active companies. Somehow I bet, though, that the ALS Chemex lab in Thunder Bay will be busy for the foreseeable future.
