Not really sure how to interpret SGX response...
question was "are insiders of SGX currently prevented from trading SGX"...
answer was "SGX management and insiders are subject to a 14 day trading blackout when a major material change is imminent"...
Answer does not necesarily mean there is currently a trading blackout just that they are subject to one when a major material change is imminent... as per OSC regulations... operative work being "when". Question was if there is currently a trading blackout as was indicated by KXL at Toronto conference due to tremendous amount of pending assays (i.e. received by mgmt but not released to market). Then again, SGX response could also be interpreted that they are subject to trading blackout now without actually saying so directly. Oh well.

Are insiders of SGX currently prevented from trading SGX (i.e. public purchases or sales, participation in PP, etc.) because of significant amount of information they have (i.e. assays) not yet released to the market?
Thanks in advance.
