seems like some are starting to understand how these junior exploration companies operate.
1, finance, cash pay cheque
2,buy property/minining claims, cash pay cheque
3,promote said property, cash pay cheque
4,drill property, cash pay cheque
5, finance, cash pay cheque,
Add to the above granting yourself cheap options, trading in and out on insider info to add a few bucks to your compensation and you have the typical Venture Exchange listed company.
Imho the above senario covers 90+ percent of the companies listed on the Venture exchange most companies have dubious properties and equally dubious management that have no real intention of finding anything and if they do it`s by accident most of the guys running these outfits could careless if they ever find anything, churn`em and burn`em.
Have you ever wondered why after a sector gets hot i.e Uranium that the number of small uranium exploration companies around explode! Do you think they are seriously looking for the next big uranium find? I think not all they are doing is locking up a pay check and potentially making a killing dumping cheap stock after a run.
