I think it's important to keep in perspective the meaning of the word "soon" as relates to venture exchange stocks in general. You can extrapolate from that and decide for yourself if it applies to SGX.

It is on our plate but not our highest priority, we'll get around to it when we can which could be next week, next month, next year or never if other priorities take precidence ... in other words soon.
