For what it's worth Rod, I've never seen a 43-101 come out anywhere close to when it was originally expected in the past 2 years. Doesn't mean it doesn't happen, just not with the companies i've been involved with. As far as I know, as in core labs, it's rarely a first in first out scenario and the bigger plays always get priority.
As for the 9 holes, I'm not sure where they were located but in general
- if they are outside the existing drilling grid they could be used to increase an inferred resource.
- if it was infill drilling, it could be used to improve the status of the resource from inferred to either measured or indicated.
but to answer your question, yes I believe they would be needed to have any effect on the resource count. I would guess that the consultants already have the results and are working on the RE.
