Fair enough Charlie, I agree those are important when deciding whether to invest in a company or not. In fact I would say Management is the # 1 criteria when determining such things.

however, I believe this thread started when you compared the SP of SGX to LRU so let's take a look at that

LRU has little info on actual shares O/S but I believe in a news release it was said that there would be a minimum of 17.8 million shares out after the deal closed.

So LRU market cap is 17.8 * $.10 (last trade and current bid) = $1.78 million.

SGX has 187 million shares out (assuming recent PP is fully subscribed) plus another 57 million warrants but we won't include those now

SGX marketcap is 187 million *.095 = $17.765 million

So LRU has 1/10 the value of SGX which in todays markets in relative terms seems pretty reasonable.

To your other point regarding management, I agree that management strength is paramount to a company's chances of success. So what do you do if your faith in management changes? Making a buying decision is easy, making a selling decision is difficult especially when you sell at a loss.

So Charlie, I will ask you this... If management is as bad as you say it is, what will it take to make you sell?

We likely get an update before Christmas but not before the PP closes so you have the next 6 weeks or so to decide what you are going to do
