In my last post I showed only the last 10 insider transactions. Since exerciseing warrants actually requires 2 transactions it's really only 8 in total.

Also of Note...

Nigel has added a total of 700,000 shares to his holdings this year (since Jan 1) with no share sales since October 2007. All but 250k were purchased in the open market with the 250k being warrants exercised at $.20.

Most significant holdings

Nigel Lees 4,045,000 shares (held personally and through a holding company), 3.5 million options

Bill Love 413,333 shares and 2 million options

Patrick Mars 345k shares and 1.2 million options

Gary Robertson 456,667 shares and 710k options

There is also Anglo Pacific Group which was a 10% shareholder but ceased to be an insider in June of 2007. Holdings at that time were 6.9575 million shares and 5 million warrants. I don't know if these shares are still held or not.
