Should SGX JV Golden Extension to KXL now?

KXL has the money, drills, resources in place to exploit Golden Extension very very quickly. Why not JV property now? SGX could likely receive millions of shares of KXL, exploration expenses paid, and retain 50% in project at the very least. Plus Golden Extension would be exploited much sooner than if SGX goes it alone with much less, if any, dilution. The faster property is explored the faster property can be sold or put into production and the faster shareholders can benefit. Assuming a fair JV agreement upfront this is a win-win-win (SGX-KXL-shareholders) IMO.

Such an arrangement is inevitable IMO. Maybe this is being negotiated as we speak? Hence the delays? You never know in this business.
