Had coffee last night at the Java Hut here in Thunder Bay and I talked to couple of guys and one actually worked for Sage,(staking land), about the GB area and these guys are laid off right now collecting EI and waiting for a call back and they said the same thing, to go in and get soaked and work in unbearable conditions is not the best for the equipment or the workers, yes they could use tractors and probably helicopters to move equipment around but at what cost. Spring thaw is ussually 6 weeks or so long, pending on what kind of spring we get, as long as temps stay consistant, nice breeze and sun, the exposed areas will dry quickly, (here in Thunder Bay parts of the golf fairways are exposed already), other areas, in the shade, take alittle longer but the breeze helps. Extreme temp rise is not very good as the ground below the snow is still frozzen and there is no where for the water to run off to. Patience is the greatest virtue, there is gold in those grounds, been there decades, and it's not going anywhere soon. Bit of assurance is that both guys have shares not only in SAGE, but in several other area plays, one said he had quite abit of the area plays as well SGX stocks in his RRSP's, and they were confident in the area, and their attitude is time will tell. Enough ranting, enjoy your day in sunny Florida Jerry. I have to pack and get ready to go to Vegas, in the process of buying a winter/home away from home in Vegas near the Nascar raceway, houses couple years old, some were never lived in, owned by the banks now selling for peanuts, some prices are unbeleivable as they are probably in Florida these days. Cheers Jokal!
