I think that was only concerning Vein 4... from last NR... "Vein 4 was exposed as far as possible to the west until the overburden became too deep."... Don't think they stopped stripping everywhere because of deep overburden. Maybe encountered in places but not everywhere. They did uncover 3 more veins after Vein 4.
