I think that in addition to some new discoveries, timing has everything to do with it. "They", whoever the "theys" are, cannot keep the lid on the PGE market forever. Hopefully the market along with some new and great discovery news AND any other possible merger or acquisition news will all come together around the same time. I used the word hopefully not in a, weak, "gee I hope" way, but rather the definition that indicates a positive AND expectant future happening.
