Look the company said no, so I assume the answer is no. Am I missing something here as to the importance of this issue?

Moody's did a report on Sage ... with the footnote "requested by client" ... Sage says they didn't retain moody's services.

So the question remains

WHO is Moody's client that requested the report? Puma? Kinross? someone else?

and

WHY would they ask for a credit review (of sorts) on a company that has no debt?

Does Moody's do Credit research on company executives and directors?
