Chief, I hear your frustration .. nobody likes dilution. Many juniors have done PPs when they didn't really need to for the benefit of friends and possibly existing investors. we may never know who participated in the pp unless they eventually become insiders ... but it doesn't really matter.
Someone was thrown a bone today. I dont' believe it was done out of necessity. I have no proof, it's just a hunch.
At the end of the day, if Sage turns out to be a $300 million company these 10 million shares will represent barely 3 to 4 cents in share price. But you'll have sold long before then anyway ... right?
Sometimes getting your ducks in order means "throwing a few bones". life among the juniors is tough.
