Oscillators on the daily charts are pointing up. RSI MACD and Stochs are all pointing up on the daily charts ... now all we need is some good volume to churn our way up.

Note that the MACD has been moving up since early 2009 even though the stock price was stagnant. A move above ZERO for the weekly MACD will be very bullish and we're not too far off. News will make it even better.
