Unless I got it wrong, didn't they say that those funds were to be for other matters [possibly acquisitions]and were not going to be included in the monthly expenses. [burn rate]. IMO, some/all of those funds are earmarked for acquisitions, etc. and will be history way before next summer.

If that is the case, then funding will be needed soon and that in and of itself might call for a news release. Again, IMO, that along with a recap and any other business news could very well be the first of the nr's we are going to get.
