a JVmight make sense Jerry. Problem is, liKe making acquisitions, the SP is way too low given what the company has. If a JV is to happen soon, it is liKely a premium will be paid by whomever decides they want into the game.

Personally I would much rather see a Kash investment (at a premium of Kourse) directly into Sage and have Sage continue to be operator of the company, for now, with potential for a JV down the road.
