dilution is a concern, especially if done at 6 cents. My guess is at least one and possibly two of our properties will give the SP a boost during the fall and any further fund raising will be done at a higher price therefore reducing (not eliminating) the effects of dillution.

regarding a JV, I am thinking that now Kinross is in the game that a JV with someone else will only happen IF they are not willing to pony up some more cash. Consolidation could also occur in conjuction with a large cash investment at some point in the future ... I don't believe it is a concern now.

The short term goal for SGX right now is to get the SP up to a reasonable level. The timing is right, they just need to show us the mustard.
