You would have to put a dollar value on the GE in order to define a share number so I expect both sides would be too far apart to agree on a value based on the drill results to date. We'll see what happens with the next set of drill results on the GE and the information that Kodiak reveals from their exploration efforts nearby ( see slide 11 from http://www.kodiakexp.com/_resources/KODIAK_Presentation_08SEP_2009.pdf ). They are exploring along a trend offsetting Sage's northern NW structural corridor.
