My proposal was not SGX sellout to KXL... just SGX sell Golden Extension to KXL in exchange for KXL shares that would be distributed to SGX shareholders... you would still hold all current SGX shares and have exposure to KXL (and GE for that matter as property is developed) should you choose to hold on to your KXL shares.
