OAKVILLE, ON, Dec. 4 /CNW/ -- Further to the news release of September 28, 2009 by Sheltered Oak Resources Corp. ("OAK"), Oak is pleased to announce that it acquired certain mining claims in Kerrs Township which were adverse in interest to an area of ground covered by mining claim L1140877, which forfeited in late June 2009. Immediately following the acquisition, Oak surrendered its interest in such claims in order to complete a relief from forfeiture application and file assessment work credits for mining claim L1140877. Oak can now proceed to complete a transaction with Sage Gold Inc. ("Sage") to transfer various properties pursuant to the agreement announced with Sage on September 28, 2009.
