who knows--hopefully management. my prediction---stock will run one day and afterwards you will read someone made an offer and why. until that day, i have no clue what is going on. I thought i bought an exploration company next to the "mother lode" company. Since i bought the stock, gold is up 35-40%, stock is down 80% , they are always strapped for cash and are acquiring more land leases. Sound like they are in the land lease acquiring business and "business is a booming!"
