Re-release of property agreements

SH has a list of property agreement "releases" which essentially deal with the last 8 or 9 aquisitions. Does anyone have an idea just what the significance of this action is.
Can't help but wonder if it is not related to the absolute last second 76,000 share transaction at .05.
