Now that Sage can earn a 60% interest in a property with near-term production potential... i.e. Clavos... versus all their other purely exploration properties... IMO raising money going forward will be relatively easier and on somewhat more favorable terms... SGX now has some bargaining power... Clavos could be/will be a gold-producing/cash flow generating mine in short order...

But another possible source of funds could be BG properties... will SGX finally JV some of the BG properties for cash and/or shares to advance Clavos?... PL to GRC?... GE to KXL?... two obvious choices... cash with no dilution... would make a lot of sense to me...
