News quietly released last week, not through the normal news services, of an entire change in the board and management. Interestingly, the Hagers, who were involved with legal action against the company are now director, president and CEO. I guess when you're conducting legal proceedings and own 49% of the company's shares, you have a fair "bit of pull".
Hopefully, this is it for the "soap opera" and the board can now focus on effectively managing this company once again!
Have a great evening!
