Interesting! I hadn't looked at it like that. I have been assuming that the EIS was approved and that all they had to do was approve the permit, and the wait seemed unrealistic to me. If they're still milling over the Eis then that makes more sense to me. There has never been a news release saying the EIS was acceptable or approved. It still would be nice if they did keep up a communication with Peru ,and they likely do.
