IMO, it would be better if the Tesoro was split off into a different company. That way, if we did get an offer on the Tesoro, it could be sold as a seperate entity and our other properties could be retained under another company. The other properties then could be explored further , creating more value for us . I dont know what is the best way for each individual to escape the tax man, but i personally would like to see a cash buyout of the Tesoro company after we have proven up a significant resource. I dont want to be bought out prematurely!
