Talk of immense share price needs to be tempered somewhat.

Current Market Cap of SLI is $129M over 97.6M Shares. A similar $3.5 bid for SLI as for AND would take SP to $35.70 without any further dilution.

Clearly to take us to triple digits requires a $10B bid. For that I'd estimate we would need 20M OZ + in the ground and easy mining conditions.
