Thanks everybody for keeping me busy. Actually, I read all the articles and I read them soon after they're posted. The Pascua Lama Dilemma was interesting. Not good for Barrick I guess. I thought I saw post that the area they want to mine isn't actually in a glacial area? So maybe it's more of a media scare story than truth? Maybe it'll make Barrick even hungrier for SLI. Interesting how everybody has been saying for a couple of years now that the majors' supplies are dwindling and they're going to gobble up the juniors. Sculp's article on buyouts was a really good one too - enjoyed that thoroughly.

Here's a question for you all: In the areas where SLI has taken grab samples from trenching or existing shafts, do the Quantec results correlate? In my mind that would be the easiest way to prove that "purple" = "gold". Have any of you tried to correlate the location of reported samples with the corresponding area on a 2D image or the 3D image? Man, I'd love to sit down with the geologist for an hour or so.

Wishing my life away.......JSS
