If the canadian system is better, then there should have been no leap frogging. Management must be able to say something, where,s the fairness in this system. We have Santa Elisa to aquire these permits under, that company is our established Peruvian working subsiduary, and should have priority over newer entrants.I would imagine that part of the reason for aquiring Minerva Santa Elisa was to cut red tape in any of the regulations and permitting process of Peru. I am guessing that there are still a couple ducks to get lined up before the drill permits are released, because we all know that the drill permit release will push our sp to all new highs. There are probably unofficial agreements yet with institutions that want in, but havent been able to take a position yet because there are really no one selling any amount of shares. Everytime an institution tries to buy, they end up pushing the sp higher, hence the current value is considered and their prudence is probably questioned. just my opinion
