Correct me if I'm wrong but if there was a share split, would the shares not still be held by the existing share holders except that we would have twice as many and the s/p would be half as much.

Thats also what I meant by the dilution. There,se no dilution for the existing share holders since we have twice as many now but new buyers are sharing any sale price with eg. 200,000,000 shares as opposed to 100,000,000 shares.
