If the specualtion on this property comes to fruition there may be only a few in the world that can afford to purchase. Chinese Gov't would be one.

Maybe Barrick allowed us to gain the SSE property for increased considerations when a sale does happen. I think that some sort of JV will need to come together to buy, or that the property would be partitioned off and sold in pieces.
