Just another little note about Murray. I know him personally as well and I dont think you could find a more honest and dedicated person for the position he holds. Last week I called Murray in the morning early and he answered. As it turned out he was half way through his morning shower and he stopped to answer his phone. After a zillion pestering phone calls day after day week after week he still got out of the shower to answer his cell.

Wouldnt catch me doin that.

As for Lori,,,, I sincerely think that she is far to busy to answer phones. Making an appointment to talk to her seems reasonable to me
