I have no doubt that the S.P. will rise with news of drill permits and 3d images. There are a lot of buyers out there that have done their dd and are fully aware of the potential of Tesoro acording to Quantecs imaging. There are far too many anomalies under that property that coincide with the locations of the grab samples from surface to not assume that there is huge potential for high quality discovery. It is almost too risky not to buy in once the permits arrive. Many buyers will still be happy to get a double or triple, and theres still lots of room for that. $3.00 does not sound out of reach.
