I don't think we will see the 3D until permit news is released. This tactic would probably help share price more. If they release the 3D before the permit news, it won't mean as much, because without the permit any other news doesn't mean anything. This is what I was told. Once the permit news comes out, all these big volume calculations will mean alot more.

Hope permit news is out this week.$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
