Okay, I will try and rephrase this. In his investment experience all the payouts he has recieved have been based on th S.P. at the time, these have been buyouts of companies not property sales, so he figures that when our time comes the dividend will be based on the S.P at the time. I could be very wrong in my explanation to him when I said that this will be based on how much gold the drills prove, how much any buyer is willing to pay, and how many shares there are (very basic explanation I know). To me that has nothing to do with the S.P. Am I wrong??

I know a while back the jokes were flying about having to buy new calculators to figure all this out, and this is what is baffling him alittle bit, he cannot see a payout of anything more than double the S.P. so a possible high double digit dividend is un-realistic in his eyes.
