Yes it is quiet with all the usual suspects on the way to Vancouver. Just checked the weather at 6 pst, 1mile visibility in snow, low overcast and -3° C. Sounds like everyone will be having fun.

On the topic of a 'Special Meeting', all that refers to is that more than the regulatory requirements will be addressed. By adding the Shareholder Rights Plan to the agenda, an AGM has additional topics and is 'Special'. Don't read any more into it than that.

The interesting part will be what comes from the MD&A. Looking forward to it.
