Good Morning Folks,

I too was disappointed about no news. I am not too surpised but was expecting something.

I received a call from my buddy that went to the AGM and he was very please with what he heard and more importantly what he seen. Everyone from SLI was there (Lori, Lloyd, Murry, Duncan Bain, Paul Gray, Nick Fuller, Haft, Lawyer, etc,,,,,). It was a good turn out as Rawstar mentioned and I believe well received by most.

I was going to update the board but I thought one of the people that was in attendance should so it was translated from the actual witness not second hand. I am sure this will come but I was also expecting to see something last night.

All I can tell you is that my buddy was pleased and very confident with what will take place in the near future. He is just like most of us having high expectations but was very pleased with what was presented.

The permit explantion was (as I understand it):

The Peruvian gov't has committed to an approval date release but this could not be communicated to the public as there are many large institutional players ready to pull the trigger on the acquisition of shares and for that reason, It is considered to be material and for that reason can not be communicated specifically until it occurs.

So yes again it is any day now (ugggh). It will all be worth the wait. We do have many other valuable points that where discussed in good detail such as:

  • Northern corridor
  • Quantec
  • Shareholder right plan

Go Long............
