Maybe others could add more to what I got out of the explanation but here's what I heard. Lori said that the reason that the bulk samples are not being sent in is that during and after the 43-101 survey of the property ,they are no longer allowed to send in any materials from the property because it will change the statistics of the property. They must leave it as is until we have the permit. What they are allowing is some shallow trenching, but samples are itemized and bagged and kept on the property.
