Call me crazy, boys did Lori say that she definitely has been given a date from the Peruvian government as to when the permits will be back? Did she give a ball park figure as to when like 1 month, 2 months, 3 months or further away? If permits take 9-12 months to get submitted and back what would getting drills in place drilling to occur and assays logged and taken to get assayed and the results back to St. Elias? I am guessing that since management is conscientious and thorough about everything that results would be back 9-12 months from permits being announced!! Am I crazy for thinking this? Isn't past experiences the best indicator for future results? Why would anything else be expected from St. Elias? Their permit application has taken as long as a pilot project application for a SAGD oilsands project. The last I knew was that an oilsands pilot project in Northern Alberta was alittle more complicated to submit than a application for a permit to drill core samples!! The SAGD pilot application was a 237 page document, taking 6 months just to write up. Does anyone know how long and complicated an EIS and drilling permit application is for this type of project?
Still dazed and confused as to what the hold up is!!!
P.S. - my buddies are the ones selling their stock 340 000k in last week. They have reduced thier postions to almost nil. They have met with Murray and all he has left them with is a smoking gun, no bullet and nothing material to believe what he has said. I can't argue with them otherwise. We have no results!
