Drill Permits Question Newbie

Hi, i am new to this forum, so please excuse my questions if they are mis-placed.

Can any one tell me what project SLI are currently awaiting drill permits for? I am assuming it is the Tesoro in Peru?

Why would you expect the share price to increase significantly for this project; when the Vilcoro Gold project was issued permits back in October i didn't see any significant rise in share price. They both appear to be similar sized, what makes this project different?
