I am not a seasoned investor so bear with me. I've noticed for the last while that there has been a consistent block of 50,000 or more on the ask and it has followed the sp down to this weeks low. Always there and never broken through. This happened on a holding of mine, Allana where the share price was held below until the NR of a private placement of $12.3 mill. , 24.3 million shares at .51 There was a consistent high block on the ask to keep the share price down no matter how the bidding went. Am I reading to deep into this or is it just day traders trying to make a dollar.
