I tried to guess the permit release date on my birthday the 23rd but someone quite a bit smarter than me said that the likelyhood of the release coming out on a Sunday is pretty slim so I moved it up one day to the 24th, but then he said Mondays are usually not good release days. I looked at him and said OK SMART GUY.... WHAT THE H""L IS A GOOD DAY. He said any day after Monday but before Wednesday, so after quite a bit of finger counting I came up with Tuesday the 25th. Hopefully the NEWS RELEASE GURU knows what he's talking about.
