Page 33 in the Suggi lake report below shows the resistance (primarily copper) and a coloured picture of the plates that I can’t copy. Drawing a parallel with Tesoro, one might conclude that the following might apply:
1. The colours of the plate conductivity-thickness is probably similar, Gold being a better conductor than copper.
2. Importantly, the drill results were in good agreement in this mineral body with the geophysical findings.

Figure 8. Conductive plate models used to fit the borehole and surface EM data
(from Hughes, 2009)
Table 1 shows the size of the plates used to the model the seven conductors and their
conductivity-thickness. The colour coding listed in Table 1 is used in Figure 8 shows
perspective views of the boreholes and the plates.
TABLE 1.
PARAMETERS OF THE PLATE MODELLING M2- SUGGI LAKE, 2008
Plate Number Plate Colour Plate Size (m) Plate Conductivity–Thickness (Siemens)
1 Magenta 100 x 100 50
2 Grey 150 x 200 600
3 Red 300 x 170 100
4 Yellow 150 x 80 200
5 Green 180 x 200 280
6 Blue 120 x 250 147
7 Dark Blue 150 x 100 600
The number of conductive plates required to simulate or model the borehole and surface data
is relatively large, indicating a complex conductivity distribution. Also, the mineralization, or
parts of it, may not be well represented by plate-like conductors and could possibly be rodlike
in shape. The plate models are only to be used as guides for further exploration in the M2
– Suggi Lake.
However, given the limitations the modeling software, the plate model is in good agreement
with the drill results in that the massive and semi-massive sections encountered in the
borehole were the locations of the plate conductors used to model the measured data. The
conductances used to the model the plates were in the range which may be due to copper rich VMS mineralization.
