Whoops, my apoligies! It was only 1 permit as they posted the same one twice. I noticed this when I was playing around with the data.
Wow there sure has been more action with permits in 2010, than previous years (inparticular the 4th quarter). Also there are some busy companies over in Peru, some have permits on many properties. Seems like the permit process does have a short shelf life 2-3 years for exploration. Maybe when it becomes a mining permit, it remains in place. Names are tough to distinguish, as you have seen on the summaries. I wish I could read spanish better.
