Nothing on their website. Nothing on their Twitter account. Even with your endorsement Sculpin it's still just 3rd hand info. My confidence rises with each "Yes, it's official", but it's not official until it's official.

Is there a TSX source or link that would confirm the blackout? Does management even have to inform TSX or the Canadian Securities Commission of the blackout?
