I remember we had black outs before with news, nothing new, but I can't remember if the news took all 10 days or not. For some reason I dont think it did. Theoretically we could get news any time in that period. They likely cant trade for some time after release either. I DONT KNOW ONLY A GUESS I didnt think to ask.
