I would love to see good news as well. And simply releasing the information of a blackout could affect SP on opening bell Tuesday.

Not to call into doubt the original post, but... How do we know there really is a blackout? Just looking for some official or independent confirmation. Since there is the potential for this to affect SP immediately I would like to know the source is legitimate.
