Here is a link for listing requirements to some exchanges, LSE,.China etc. For anyone interested.

Just a note: Ventana gold graduated to the TSX from the TSX-V at around a .40 sp. They proved up approx 3.5 million ounces in relatively a short period of time and currently have an offer on the table of around $13per share. I beleive the timeline on this was less than 2 years and it is speculated that they should have at least double the 3.5 million/ozs.

Another interesting thing would be to look at their historic sp chart and look at what happened as they reached the sp levels of $2, $3 and $5, when the fund managers were probably buying on excellent nr,s.
