I think feb 26th will be 180 days expired for the permit approval.

I think feb 28th is last day of blackout. Insiders cant trade until at least 2 days before blackout ends, so that puts news no later than feb 24th.

It is possible that blackout can be extended.

I have been bad at math lately, so maybe someone else would like to check my numbers.
