Anyone notice the property border from the 3D Anomally Release?

To me, it seems that they've added a land claim to the south west, and swapped some land to the south east (part of Chance C is gone, but the same size looks like it was added to the south which was a piece of Junefields)?

When you compare the border from the NR, to the 43101 "Property Ownership Details" the new land claims, they are for sure different.

You can also see from the overlay Hog & Prime did here. Their overlay matches the 43101, but for sure does not match the NR?

Can anyone add to this?
